ONLINE: BIPOC Women’s Healing Hour : Allowing Love
February 20 @ 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Bringing together women of color in a spirit of mutual support and empowerment, our Wellness Hour events will explore practices of mindfulness and meditation to support resilience and growth. Join us as we find nourishment and inspiration within our ourselves and each other.
Our theme for February is “Allowing Love.”
Just like a locked door can guard against entry, a locked heart also keeps love from flowing in – and out. In what ways have you slowed the flow of your love to a trickle? How often do you find yourself resisting opportunities to embrace new experiences of love – for yourself and for others?
If you’ve ever found yourself want to either give, receive, or cultivate the flow of love, you won’t want to miss this gathering. We’ll be working with techniques to help us ALLOW LOVE in and our of hour hearts. Join us!
No prior experience is necessary, just bring yourself and an open heart for practice in this safe community of sisterhood.
*This is a donation based event. $10 donation suggested. Login details will be shared via email within thirty minutes of event start.
