Our theme for February is “Allowing Love.”
Just like a locked door can guard against entry, a locked heart also keeps love from flowing in – and out. In what ways have you slowed the flow of your love to a trickle? How often do you find yourself resisting opportunities to embrace new experiences of love – for yourself and for others?
If you’ve ever found yourself want to either give, receive, or cultivate the flow of love, you won’t want to miss this gathering. We’ll be working with techniques to help us ALLOW LOVE in and our of hour hearts. Join us!
No prior experience is necessary, just bring yourself and an open heart for practice in this safe community of sisterhood.
